[cisco-voip] can make conference call when i use IP communicator (same settings as 7942), but the conference call is not working when i use 7942 phone

I had this very issue about 6 or 7 years ago, and had to upgrade firmware.
The bug was triggered by having G722 disabled on the phone, but having the
phone's built-in-bridge enabled for recording.
