[cisco-voip] Value lists CUIC

Have not run into this one before. I created a new agent, let the agent
take some calls and then tried to pull a report for that agent. First time
we have actually tried to pull a report that quickly for a user.

The question I have is how long before that users shows up in CUIC. I went
into the value list and refreshed the UCCX_AgentID list for Data Source
"UCCX" and then the user showed up.

I has assumed this was instant but apparently not. I can not find any info
on how long it takes for a user to be imported into CUIC to report on.
(Live data reports were showing up for the new agent)
