Hi Naresh,

So, the spoke is H323 site and site that works is SIP ? and if fails for H323 site, will be good to start looking at debugs and CCM trace.

Debugs from H323 site for a test call logged to the buffer:

Config t
No logging console
No logging monitor
Logging buffered 2000000 debug
Exit
Clear log
Debug isdn q931
Debug h225 asn1
Debug h245 asn1
Debug voip ccapi inout
Clear log
Now place the test call

And once done, collect relative range Cisco Call manager trace for 20 minutes. And if you can provide these logs, will be good to start looking at logs.

Also, what's CUCM version ?
Regards

hi

The spoke site has MRGL assigned with Announciator as SW MRG (2nd priority) while hardware MRG (1st priority). I changed the priority of SW MRG but still i hear silence.

hi Brian

thanks for the reply,

there are two sites, CUCM and UCCX are at HQ.

1. i dedicated one number to go to UCCX trigger number. i can hear welcome message. when i select an option (this option use call redirect step and divert the call to hunt group), i call is redirected to huntgroup and i can hear the ring back. this happens when i dedicate one number at HQ SIP gateway ( call-----------> hq sip gateway ----------> cucm (uccx trigger)-----------> uccx (select option) ---------------- > CUCM (hunt group)

2. i dedicated one number from Spoke site to hit the same trigger. i can hear welcome message and when i select option. the call is diverted to the hunt group but i cant hear the ringback. should i check the Annunciator resource assigned to spoke router?

Regards

 Naray

Is this for initial ringback or ringback while a call is being transferred after selecting an option? CUCM uses annunciators for playing ringback on a transfer scenario so you might want to check the gateway MRGL has access to annunciator resources.

hi,

I am facing the issue in which when i call internal trigger number (CUCM ---> UCCX), i can hear the ringback tone. but when i call from mobile to the voicegateway (mobile -------ISDN-----> voice gateway ------H323 --------------> CUCM) i cant hear ringback tone when i select the option in IVR.
