[cisco-voip] CUCM 12 TSP Issue

Hi guys,

Heads up, TSP in CUCM 12 seems pretty broken.
It disconnects every 5 - 10 minutes.

We were using it with Arc operator consoles on Windows 2012 server
But we've had TAC replicate it with CUAC standard on Windows 10

Still waiting for defect.
We've had a temp fix published, and that seems to fix it.

Waiting for permanent fix.
Will update here when I have some more details.
