[cisco-voip] CUCM v10.5 and Microsoft Domain Controller 2016

Like you most likely already saw, I too do not see that this specific
combination has been tested/documented by Cisco:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/rel_notes/10_5_2/CUCM_BK_C6A7E384_00_cucm-release-notes-1052/CUCM_BK_C6A7E384_00_cucm-release-notes-1052_chapter_0100.html#CUCM_TP_L1C6FAA6_00

Since many people will honor Cisco's support matrices, I doubt that many
people, if any, will be able to confirm they do this.

Then again, I would tend to think that the way in which CUCM accesses AD
has not change enough to prevent you from doing it. You could always
create a test Directory Sync Agreement in CUCM 10.5, and scope it down to a
test folder of users.

Good luck.
