[cisco-voip] Chrome 67 with CUIC/Live Data

Thanks for the update Abhiram!

I have a couple questions regarding the fix that TAC can apply, if you
happen to know. Is it a permanent fix? If we open a case and ask TAC to do
this, will we later need to apply the COP file anyway?

Also, do you know if either the TAC fix or the upcoming COP file cause a
service disruption?
