[cisco-voip] Attendant Console Advanced 12.0

hi,
i have to integrate attendant console (in resilient environment) to recently upgraded (from 9.1 to 12). i installed windows 2016, sql 2014 and CUAC software. but when i installed software and configured it as publisher, i couldnt browse to Webadmin page. i decided to shut this VM and configure the second server (which i installed to be configured as subscriber) as publisher. this time i was able to browse to Webadmin page but could only see Engineering and help menu (see the attached). and when i select any of the engineering menu, i see "machine unavailable" in server detail. did somebody face this issue before. I think because i took 2 snapshots for each vm (one after installation of windows and one before CUAC software installation).
Furthermore i have following queries.
1. can i test resilience on demo license?
2. what is the best way to configure resilience for CTI RP and CTI ports. Do i have to configure CUAC1's CTI Routepoint CTI unregistered to point to CUAC2's CTI Routepoint. CTI unregistered of CUAC2's CTI unregistered to CUCM's hungroup?. Do i have to configure CTI unregistered for CTI Ports as well??
