[cisco-voip] Prime collaboration deployment

Hi there 

I’m trying to migrate a customer using mcs servers with cucm /unity connection/ cups from 8.5 to 11.5 using the pcd app but failing at the discovery phase. 

The physical to virtual is failing but I can see from the pcd logs that the cups server completes the discovery phase but cucm fails at the same stage every time 

Unable to parse file name 

Can anyone assist me with troubleshooting this is issue?
