[cisco-voip] CUCM 11.5 RIS DB shows None

   I've got a 3 subscriber cluster 11.5.2SU2 with about 3,500 phones.  I've got a handful of about 300 phones that are working, no problem. I can call them, they can call me.  However under Device > Phone I see them not showing an IP address and show None.
