[cisco-voip] CCX bug - finesse agent not being offered call

Hi all,

Looking for something that I'm sure I saw on here a few months ago...

We have agents who are marked as ready and the call INTERMITTANTLY doesn't hit them. I seem to remember reading in BST that the workaround was for the agent to go not ready when they notice this, and then go back to ready. But I'm looking for the actual page on BST with this bug to check versions affected. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
