[cisco-voip] room kits - smartnet or not?

We are smartneting all our kits / kit plus's / sx80's.  we have about 50 in
all.  Smartnet cost are really high....... but we have had a couple RMA's
this first year.  our SE said the other option is SWSS for the software
without hardware maintenance.   but the cost is only slightly lower.
