[cisco-voip] Jabber config setting for "Join in Webex" rather than "Join in Jabber"

Hey guys,

Does anyone recall the way to set Jabber to always launch a Webex meeting in the "Webex Meetings App" rather than use Jabber to make a call?

I know in my app I have the option to configure it. But how would we do this by jabber-config.xml or group policy to make this setting a global setting?
