There is one more option, but this can only be used for announcements and will work in conjunction WebEx teams, this is the only free solution I am aware of.

Thanks for the info Jinto. I saw 2ring as a third party option too but was hoping there was a free or open-source solution I could offer the customer. But hey you gotta pay for the fancy stuff sometimes right lol
