Yes we have reset Jabber multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled. I installed one on Saturday and there is the Advanced Settings and now on 8 different laptops today it is missing.

We are not passing any CLI arguments to the installer previously but should we be now? We were just installing directly from the MSI

Can you post a screenshot of it not appearing?
Have you Reset Jabber?
Are you passing CLI arguments to the installer?
Is this on Windows or something else?

Have been installing Jabber 12 for the past week and had no issues. Installed today and now we cannot see the Advanced Settings to setup where the client should be directed. Has anyone seen this and have a resolution?
