You might try Alice's Registry--it's run by Rick Wesson.  Not totally 
sure if they support v6, but, knowing Rick, they probably do.

The other thing you could do is have the .net and .org domains just use 
upenn.edu nameservers, since the glue will be in edu, which allows v6.
