[e-nsp] 10G ports in partial mode

hello,

I was told, that chipset from Summit x650 is able to handle 1, 2.5 and 
10G per port.

Is it software able to handle 2.5Gbit/s speed at 10G ports in x650 ??
How about x450 with 2xSFP+ module on its back and 2.5Gbit/s speed ??
