[f-nsp] BigIron 4000 and Full Internet Table

Until resently I had two complete ebgp connections and about 15 IBGP
connections to router reflector clients. This was on a HP9304 which
should just be a BigIron 4k OEM model. There was no problem with this.
We are using
S1: J4885A EP 8 port mini-GBIC Management M4, ACTIV 8 000c.db2f.4100
which should be JetCore module. So I dont know about IronCore.
On a HP9315 we currently run

which is one EBGP feed, one IBGP and about 10 IBGP route reflector
