Main difference is memory.
The difference in memory leads to a number of differences;

just acouple of examples;
XMR max number of IP4 routes ~1mill
MLX max number of IP4 routes ~500K

XMR MAC scalability max 2mill 
MLX MAC scalability max 1mill

XMR MPLS L2 MAX VPLS 16384
MLX MPLS L2 MAX VPLS 4096

etc

I couldn't found any significan differents between NetIron MLX dam
NetIron XMR. It seems very identic on specification and with very little
different of price. Any idea of the different ?
