[f-nsp] found a null0 route bug?

Hi Daniel,

I did the same test on a XMR running 3300a and I didn't had the same
problem.

I configured a VE interface with a /29 and later i put a static /32
route in place. The CAM Table was fine afterwards. Maybe the problem
occours if the VE Interface makes a up/down change ? Unfortunately I
could not test this ...
