[f-nsp] BigIron 15000 CPU Spikes

Guys
We have recently facing issue of CPU spikes in BigIron 15000. These
spikes arrive 3 to 4 time in a day but this spikes didnt have any specific
pattern. During this spikes no abnormality was faced and traffic rate was
also found normal, no interface or neighborship flaps. we are running
Static, OSPF, BGP w/o complete internet feed, switch trunk.Complete specs of
BigIron is BigIron 15000 with J-BxGMR4 JetCore Management Module
(active/standby config) and flash code of B2R07802.
Following are the some statistics in busy times,

79 percent busy, from 700551 sec ago
It's been more than 50 hours since last call, the CPU utilization
data collected may have wrapped around and result in high
utilization

60 sec avg: 9 percent busy
300 sec avg: 10 percent busy
