[f-nsp] BigIron 15000 CPU Spikes

Everything looks fine, the CPU is only 10% busy according to the outputs 
that you sent us.  That 79 percent reading is kind of bogus, as noted in 
the disclaimer just below it.  dm raw is the command you want to use if you 
ever see the CPU truely getting spiked, it will show you every type of 
packet that is getting sent to the CPU for forwarding decisions.
