[f-nsp] VPLS and Q-in-Q

Dear Sir:

For MLX/XMR platform, you just need to config the vpls end-point as untag port and tag-type 9100. However, I am afraid that Q-in-Q plus VPLS may not fulfill your requirement. It seems that you need MAC-in-MAC to meet your requirement. You may need add CES-2000 between VPLS and Q-in-Q.
