Hello Everyone:

I have a IMR640 that has write memory failed problem. The following is the error information.

 <mailto:telnet at TPNI-IMR-NK02#wr> telnet at TPNI-IMR-NK02#wr mem
Write startup-config failed.
 <mailto:telnet at TPNI-IMR-NK02> telnet at TPNI-IMR-NK02#

I am using 3.0.00j S/W on this IMR. I think this problem has been solved in 3.0.00g. I also display the file in the IMR. I found startup-config file is loss. However, I can't put the startup-config to the IMR.
