[f-nsp] SX-FI-2XG with IPv4?

I've got one of the above blades, new to me, and I can't get it recognized in SX-FI2XGMR4 (SX-1600 chassis) running SXS7202g.  An IPv6 management recognizes the card fine.  IPv4, no.

Hot-insertion gives me this: Unknown module id: 0x6c

Looked through the literature, couldn't find anything.  Anyone seen this?
