[f-nsp] Management card does not respond to telnet and SNMP

Hello!

This morning my Brocade MLXe-16 with BR-MLX-MR2-M Management Module 
(sofware version is NetIron 5.02b) stopped responding telnet and SNMP 
requests.

Management interface replies to ICMP echo request though.
I thought it might be memory leak but there is enough memory:

Has anyone expirienced such problem ?
I need to fix it without chassis reboot. If I issue "reset" CLI
command will line cards stay functioning properly?
