Hi,

we were facing the same problem with a BR-MLX-10Gx4-X card in an XMR
chassis. The card constantly rebooted after the message

   rw2_cpu_pkt_buf_init : rx_priority_mode set failed after 6 tries.

We were running software 5.3.0b. We performed an upgrade to 5.3.0c and
after that all was fine:

#show module
         Module Status Ports Starting MAC
M1 (left): NI-XMR-MR Management Module Active
..
S3: BR-MLX-10Gx4-X 4-port 10GbE Module CARD_STATE_UP 4 748e.f85c.2d60

It presume therefore there is an issue with version 5.3.0b in relation
with this linecard.

Best,
   - Jeroen
