[f-nsp] NI-MLX-10Gx4 shown as "Invalid Module" maybe due to very old code on lp whlile chassis is on 5.3

I will be really curious to see your solution.  I had a similar issue, and
due to time constraints, I actually had to resort to downgrading, and
reupgraded the whole chassis and all the cards.
