[f-nsp] NI-XMR-10GX4 linecard doesn't boot.

I have NI-XMR-10GX4 linecard doesn't boot properly " CARD_STATE_SW_LOADED" after issue the command : lp boot sys mp pri 4 the unit boot into interactive mode, Then powercycle the
linecard with a power-off and power-on does not work. the rconsole 4 mode display the correct code, the diag burn-in does not detect any problem.
Does anyone have experience with this issue?
Any advice would be helpful.
