Hello Tim,

thanks for follow-up, someone whispered me a working solution by private mail.

debug system optics

will open up the show-command for not-connected links also:

# show optic 11
 Port  Temperature   Tx Power     Rx Power     Tx Bias Current
+----+-----------+----------+------------+-------------------+
11   47.0078 C   001.8187 dBm -020.7058 dBm   30.200 mA
       Normal       Normal     Low-Alarm      Normal
