no rf sb-303

I have an SB 303 which was working just fine until I put it up for sale.
It was working when I put it on the shelf about 3 weeks ago and then
when I went to test it all I get is audio and no signals. all the
filters work but no rf signal. I really cannot imagine what could have
gone wrong! any help?
