Thanks to all for the info on the 104.  Hopefully, I'll get it all
back together before I go up to Wichita Falls for the hamfest next
week.  So far it has gone back together just like new.  Now if I can
get the power supply to quit blowing up, it will be done.

I am doing this for a friend who lost a leg to diabetes this past
July.  Now his Kenwood rig is acting up and is back for repair (small
loss.  He needs a *real* radio:<)).

The only thing that doesn't work right is the offset for changing from
USB to LSB.  I just haven't had time yet to check all the components
in that circuit.  If I remember correctly that is inside the VFO.
This is a minor annoyance and could go without being fixed to get him
back on the air in proper fashion.
