I would agree. Never thought of looking for 99%. Been using the 91% on
tape decks, relays, radio stuff, etc without any problems so far.
Someone mentioned mineral oil in rubbing alcohol. There are some
products that do contain it, but I think it would be shown on the
label. It's very unlikely to be used in 91% isopropyl since that is
sold primarily for topical use as an antimicrobial.... like before they
jab you with a needle.
