HW-100 Vs 101

According to Chuck Penson's book, there were three differences between
the HW-100 & HW-101 (not -1). They were:
1) Receiver sensitivity was increased to .35 uV (by changing the RFAmp to
a 6HS6)
2) The dial drive vernier was changed and the ratio was 34:1 (vs 28:1)
3) Like the SB-101, provision were incorporated for a CW IF filter.
Also the front panel was restyled.
