HW5400 alignment

Any HW5400 users on here who have performed an alignment?

I got stuck at Q112 Gate 1, no RF voltage there but Q111 Gate 2 does.
The pll is unlocked on 40, 30, 20, 15, 12 and 10, but 80 and 17 are OK.
