turnning nice heath gear to junk

after seeing what people do to heath gear on here is a crime . putting
on so-239 connecters , getting the wrong paints, hole drilling etc . you
people need to be shot . its no wonder i see so much junk at the ham
fest . use the right connecters , and take the time and get the right
paint from r&r design . it's all mixed and in a can . there is nothing
like a mint piece of heath gear .

   I have turned down many a piece of heath gear because someone drilled
a hole in the back to change out a connecter . if collins used phono
connecters on there top of the gear then its ok for heath as well .

   please i dont want to see anymore junk at the next ham fest . there
is plenty out there .
