WTB Manual for Capacitor Checker IT-28

I am in need of a manual for my cap checker Model IT-28.  I use it as George
does to re-form the old cans.  I does not, howeve seem to make much sense
when trying to read values, so I'd like to read the operating procedure and
see if I am doing it right.  In that regard, if someone could copy just the
operation section, that would be great and I would be glad to reimburse for
the cost and effort.
