Have for sale one IM-28 VTVM. Overall condition I would call 8+ - 9.
Manual in excellent condition with the normal check marks during
construction. No probe. OHMS and zero adjust operate smoothly.
With the swivel stand. Meter cover has two small marks, otherwise
clean - $40 plus shipping.
