WTB: Heath parts

Cracked ceramic, easily repaired with 90 second epoxy, but I'd like to
replace with un-repaired parts, if I can.

Looking for DX-100:

Plate RFC
Octal sockets for 5R4 ("flat" style)
Band switch assembly or front wafer

Also interested in any DX-100 knobs.  What else you got?
