Zero Set (Hairline) Drive Pulley Sliping Help SB Series

Hello,

I am sure this has been answered numerous times, but how does one
"fix" the two usual problems with the hairline adjuster on the SB
series of radios?

Problem on is that there are "dead" spots when you adjust the
knob and the other is that the hair line will not stay put when
you tune the radio.
