Old Filter Caps

Bill Fizette W2DGB (Prez of Antique
Wireless Association) carefully opens
and guts old filter capacitors.  He
replaces their innards with modern
parts and hides the incisions when he
solders them back into the radio.

Be careful with the stuff that you
remove.  I suspect it is
corrosive and rather messy.
