HW-101 ??????

I have a query. With only a schematic and a few random sheets, can't figure out whaaaaaazup??  Receives well on all bands. Set bias at 50ma. Transceives well on 80 and 40. Good reports and 100+ watts out. On 20 and higher with the mic/level control fully ccw, when the mike is keyed, I get full output!  It's like the carrier balance is fully out of null. which it isn't on the lower bands. Fred W7PRV
