HR 1680 Receiver

<PRE>Hi All   I have a HR 1680 receiver that only reads 4.8 volts at the output of
Q201.I have the 23 volts input to Q201 but not the outputafter replacing the
diodes and cap at the transformer and also replacing Q201. I believe the
problem is IC201 which is listed as heath part # 442-626, a 78MGT4C regulator
which I cannot find any listing of or cross reference and according to Ron at
RTO electronics is no longer availible. Can anyone on the list suggest a
replacement or a way to repair this radio to get the correct voltage.  Thanks
