Need help with Heathkit part

I need Heath part number 57-52. The manual says this is DO-7. DO-7 crosses
over to a 3 volt Z.D. The Heath cross ref shows 5D20, but that is not right.
The 57-52 according to the manual is a 2KV, 5MA Silicon. I need this to
repair IO-102 scope.
