BNC connectors??

According to Amphenol, BNC stands for Bayonet Neill Concelman.  It is a
miniature version of the Type C connector.  Paul Neill worked at Bell Labs
and is also the namesake of the Type N connector.  Carl Concelman was an
Amphenol engineer.  The Type C connector is named after him.
