Looking for manual -- tube harmonic distortion meter

Model IM-12 (or HD-1 or IM-58, that are supposed
to be the same except for cosmetics). Copy is fine.
I got the schematic off BAMA. If I can't get the
complete manual, will settle for calibration
instructions.
