Good list.

I'd add a good VTVM, one with a REAL meter.  Sure makes it a
lot easier to peak (or null) something.  Yeah, the scope
will work fine, but a DMM is useless for alignment.   A VTVM
also keeps you from getting "wrapped around the axle" due to
  _too much_  information.   Do you really need to know if
that 12V supply is 12V or 12.2332V?
