fixed HP-23

Good morning group,
 Just for general information, I fixed the power supplies that I 
had a question on yesterday. It seems the older HP supplies had a 
filament connection at pin 8. This is not required on the SB-102. 
The HW-100 has NC at pin 8, so it didn't have a problem. Removing 
that wire at the power supply solved the problem and all is now 
well. Thanks to ED, Wayne, Richard, and this list for all the help.
