HP-23

Hey Don,
   You can use a fuse in the HP-23. It MUST be a slo-blow or it will pop 
every time you cold power up. I had this problem with mine until I 
caught on to the slo-blow part. On first power up, it would take out the 
regular fuse. I would refuse with another regular and it would run all 
day.  I hope this helps. 73
