Help with SB-102 needed

Greetings All,

I'm having a problem with my SB-102. I gave the radio
to an amateur friend of mine who has repaired numerous
tube type radios and he has been stumped by this
problem.  The radio has full output but transmits on a
harmonic instead of the actual frequency. Has anyone
ever come across this and where would the problem be?
