Heathkit HW-16 drift fixed

While working SKN tonight I replaced a NOS tube for the Heterodyne Mixer/Oscillator.  The Heathkit HW-16 has been stable since with no drift or distortion.  Ran for 1.5 hours and the best since I got it about 4 months ago.
